Professional conduct required
Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, impersonation, illegal activity, spam, or personally abusive content. Messages must not be used for confidential operational documents or official schedule acceptance.
Private and temporary
Crew Rooms are not searchable or publicly listed and close automatically after the trip. Friends chats are available only after both people approve the connection.
Report, block, and remove
People can report messages, block another person, and remove messages they sent. Reports enter a private safety queue. Room creators can also remove participants, delete messages, lock invitations, or close the room. Immediate danger should be reported through emergency services or your employer’s approved channel.
Reported evidence
Only the evidence submitted with a report is retained for safety review, normally for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required to resolve an active legal or safety matter. Reports do not expose private access tokens or unnecessary contact information.
