Email support@onlinedevusa.com. Include the app version, device model, iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send passwords, medical information, government identifiers, or confidential company documents.
We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days. Complex issues may take longer to investigate.
Before contacting us
- Install the latest available Flight Duty Pro update.
- Confirm your device date, time, and time-zone settings.
- Close and reopen the app, then restart the device if needed.
- If a calculated result looks wrong, stop relying on that result and verify it against an approved operational source.
Operational or calculation concerns
Mark the message “Safety concern” and include enough non-confidential detail to reproduce the issue. Flight Duty Pro is a planning aid and is not an operator-approved record or final source of regulatory compliance. Use your employer’s systems, manuals, dispatch resources, and current governing rules for operational decisions.
Report a Crew Room concern
In a Crew Room, use Report on the message or participant. Choose a category and optionally add an explanation; the report is sent privately to our safety queue. We do not proactively read ordinary private room conversations, but we review submitted evidence and may restrict access. See the Community Guidelines. For an immediate safety or workplace concern, use your employer’s approved reporting channel or local emergency services instead of Crew Rooms.
Privacy, deletion, and accessibility
Use the subject “Privacy request” for access or deletion questions, and “Accessibility support” if you need help using the app with an assistive technology. See our Privacy Policy, Privacy Choices, and Deletion Guide.
