App records
Remove individual schedules, duty entries, notes, or other records using the app’s available delete controls. To remove all app data from the device, delete Flight Duty Pro in iOS Settings or from the Home Screen. Offloaded apps may keep documents and data; choose “Delete App” when you intend to erase local app storage.
Apple analytics, diagnostics, and backups
Your iPhone or iPad settings control whether diagnostic information is shared with Apple and developers, and whether app data is included in device backups. Review the Analytics & Improvements and iCloud Backup sections in Apple Settings. Backup copies and files you exported must be removed separately from their destination.
Tracking and advertising
The current Flight Duty Pro release does not use third-party behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking. This website does not include an advertising or marketing analytics tag, so there is no Flight Duty Pro advertising-cookie preference to manage here.
Crew Rooms and notifications
Crew Rooms expire 12 hours after the scheduled trip end. Creators can close them earlier. You can mute a participant on your device and disable website or app notifications in device notification settings. Remove the Flight Duty Pro Home Screen web app or use the native app’s local data controls to clear device-local membership information.
Support correspondence
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information contained in your support history by emailing support@onlinedevusa.com. State “Privacy request” in the subject. Do not email duty records or identity documents unless we specifically request information needed to verify and complete your request.
Limits
We cannot retrieve, change, or delete app records that remain only on your device. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary to document a completed privacy request, prevent fraud, or protect legal rights.
